Return Policy

• Time Frame: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• Condition: Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized goods. Please note that clearance items are also non-returnable.

How to Return

• Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@megadeportivo.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with all necessary instructions and return address.
• Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
• Ship the Items Back: Send your package using a traceable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Refund Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@megadeportivo.com and send your item to the return address provided.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
